The entire decoration, entirely hand-painted, reveals remarkable pictorial mastery: a profusion of stylized flowers, in shades of yellow, orange, and blue, unfolds against a luminous white background, enlivened by delicately shaded green foliage. This composition, inspired by the great “Delft” decorations, testifies to a subtle dialogue between Northern European tradition and French interpretation, where the artisan's hand reveals a keen sensitivity and great freedom of gesture. The rim, highlighted by a blue and yellow geometric frieze, brings a touch of graphic balance to this floral profusion.
