Fine antique carved wooden tobacco pipe, featuring a high-relief scene of three galloping horses.
The carving is of notable quality, with elegant proportions, flowing movement and finely worked details, characteristic of French craftsmanship from Saint-Claude.
The pipe has a straight form, measuring approximately 15 cm in length, and is fitted with an ebonite mouthpiece.
It is preserved in its original fitted case, lined with green felt, which adds to its collectability.
