Superb drop-front secretary desk in flame mahogany. The drop-front opens to reveal a mahogany interior comprising a large drawer in the upper section, five smaller drawers, and two secret drawers. Green leather lining. A large drawer beneath the marble top. The lower section opens to reveal two English-style drawers and a large drawer missing its key. There is also a large drawer at the bottom. The marble top is original and in very good condition. A few minor veneer chips. Beautiful gilt bronze keyhole escutcheons. Dimensions: 97 cm wide, 42.5 cm deep, and 141.5 cm high.
