Watercolor on paper by Emile Tudeau, a painter born in Niort in 1885 and who died in the same city in 1960. His work includes many street scenes, bars, tramps, farm work, circuses, and musicians, as well as a comic strip featuring Elia, Gill, and Touff. The painting measures 39.5 x 33.5 cm with the frame, and the drawing on paper measures 21 x 27 cm. Good condition.
