"Pierre Gastaud - Oil On Canvas"
Oil on canvas by Pierre Gastaud, dated 1958. Pierre Gastaud (1920-2009) was a French painter, lithographer, and sculptor born in Nice. He began with drawing before turning to abstract and informal painting. From the 1950s onward, he exhibited in France and abroad and actively participated in the art scene of his time. His work is held in several public collections and has received numerous awards and accolades.
