Important painting, signed and dated 1906, depicting a still life executed with a pointillist background and an impressionistic style in the foreground. The painter has admirably combined leeks, lemons, wine bottles, and a hare, arranged on a table. This work is likely by a renowned painter, though unfortunately I have not been able to decipher it.
It is comparable to still lifes by great painters such as Emile Godchaux, René Louis Chrétien, Brunel de Neuville, Henri Fantin-Latour, and Guillaume Fouace.
