"St. Sylvester's Cross"
Saint Sylvester's Cross, in metal, in perfect condition in its case. The title here would be that of Commander. The Order of Saint Sylvester, its full name being the Pontifical Order of Pope Saint Sylvester, was founded on October 31, 1841 by Pope Gregory XVI under the title of Saint Sylvester or the Golden Militia; it was completely reformed by Pius X on February 7, 1905.
