Magnificent and rare two-part buffet in solid cherry wood, comprising a lower section with a drawer and a compartment with a shelf, and an upper section with four adjustable shelves and a cornice. It can be disassembled into three richly decorated sections. High-quality Louis XV style craftsmanship, circa 1950s. Fully pegged, with a working key and locks. Completely stripped by a professional using air abrasive blasting, in good original condition with signs of wear consistent with age (see photos). A truly beautiful and well-made piece of furniture.
