A set of six Bauche No. 19 lounge chairs, designed by Charlotte Perriand and produced by Steph Simon in the 1950s. This model illustrates Perriand's attention to natural materials and essential forms, in a quest for balance between modernity and traditional craftsmanship. Made of solid ash, they feature four round legs connected by stretchers and accommodate a seat and backrest of woven straw. Produced by Steph Simon, circa 1950.
