Oil On Panel, Sailboats Off A Coast, 17th-century Style
A lovely composition in the 17th-century Dutch style depicting sailing ships off a coastline, with buildings in between. This late 18th or early 19th-century work is of high quality, with beautiful rendering. The wooden panel is in excellent condition, without its backing, and is presented in a handsome 18th-century style frame. The whole piece makes for a very attractive decorative effect.
