A black lacquered wrought iron KABUTO with ten plates. A four-tiered gilt copper THEHEN NO ANA (opening at the top). A four-tiered SHIKORO (neck guard) in black lacquered iron with orange and blue silk braiding. FUKIGAYESHI (side wings) and MABI SA SHI (visor) in wrought iron covered with stamped deerskin leather in a geometric design. A MAEDATE depicting the mon of the Mimura clan. A samurai half-mask known as a MEMPO in black lacquered iron. It features a pronounced chin, a movable nose, pierced nostrils, and a red lacquered interior. A four-tiered gorget in black lacquered iron with orange and yellow silk. A four-tiered SODE (shoulder guards) in lacquered metal with orange and yellow silk. A black lacquered wrought iron breastplate adorned with the mon of the Mimura clan and covered with stamped deerskin leather in geometric patterns. Arm guards (kote) made of chainmail and iron plates. Skirt (kusazuri) and thigh guards (haidate) with five rows of black lacquered metal and orange and yellow silk. Leggings (suneate) made of iron plates, chainmail, and orange silk. Good overall condition, slight traces of oxidation. Additional photos and details available upon request.
