Luxury 11mm Lefaucheux pinfire revolver, 19th century.
This is a perfect example of a magnificent, classic M1854 model, 11mm, 6-shot pinfire revolver in a luxury version. Overall length: 298 mm. Barrel length: 157 mm. Mechanism: Single action only. Cylinder: 6 shots, 11mm pinfire. Trigger guard: Finger rest type. Grips: Two deeply carved pieces of oak held together by a large screw passing through the grip. The round barrel is marked on the top in Gothic script "E. LEFAUCHEUX BREVETE A PARIS". On the right side of the frame, the famous logo surmounted by a broken pistol and its serial number: "LF 3548". Circa 1860. Excellent condition.
