A George III sterling silver inkstand, John Cramer, London, 1812. Shaped rectangular, on four paw and ball feet, with two cut-glass inkwells, centering a taperstick with ring handle, on either side a pen trough, the molded border with acanthus leaves at intervals, the inkwell mounts and taperstick with conforming decoration.
