Important round bowl on pedestal, in the neoclassical Directoire style, adorned with a finely chiseled decoration of garlands, palmettes and ribbons. The double-scrolled side handles frame a sober and elegant basin, highlighted by a frieze edge of pearls and florets. The removable silver-plated interior is original and also bears the signature "Odiot à Paris"
