"Distler Fire Department Garage 1930 / Vintage Toy"
A beautiful lithographed tinplate toy by J. Distler, circa 1930. The fire truck is complete with its four firemen, although a six-fireman version existed. The wind-up motor works perfectly with its bell, and the lithography is in perfect original condition. It measures 30 cm in length. The garage, with its mechanical door opening, has a few minor dents on the roof and measures 29 x 13 x 17 cm. The name FIRE-STATION indicates that it was intended for the Anglo-Saxon market.
