Antique curtain linkage set, 19th century French work, Louis XVI style.

It consists of:

• 4 doors golden bronze rod finely molded in fleur-de-lis, emblematic pattern of the French classical ornamentation.
• 18 golden brass rings, decorated with twisted foliage including 2 damaged.

This complete set allows to equip two pairs of curtains, that is two rods with their matching ends.

The rod doors, of a beautiful bronze quality, can also be used as hinges for curtains, for an elegant and harmonious finish of the hangings.

Very beautiful quality of bronze and gilding, with an original patina. The rod doors have a barbed barrel drilled for fixing on the rod.

A decorative set, ideal to complete an old rod, or to enhance a classic or refined decor: mansion, bourgeois salon, castle or charming residence.
