Reign of Frederick II of Prussia, known as Frederick the Great. Brass hilt with a wide-rimmed, heart-shaped guard and a spiral grip, fluted on the right side. Single-branch guard. Flat, curved blade, 65 cm long, both sides engraved with the initials FR surmounted by the imperial crown. Black patent leather scabbard with belt hook and steel chape.
