- This patinated bronze mascaron depicts a male figure whose aesthetic, with its aquatic allusions, elegantly complements its function of spouting water. His face is framed by thick, flowing hair, detailed in large, twisting, even serpentine strands, giving the impression of still being wet, as if his head had just emerged from the water. This impression is reinforced by his mysteriously arranged headdress (forming a crown or helmet) with reed foliage reaching a point on his forehead, combined with large, veined leaves at ear level. This adornment gives the headdress the appearance of both a crown and a helmet. His wide-open mouth, revealing teeth, provides an opportunity for the exaggeration of an upper lip with a dynamic line.

- The lively expression of this face is powerfully rendered thanks to vigorous and richly detailed chiseling; Notable details include the hair and leaves, depicted with great attention to realism. The water flowing from her mouth further enhances the power of her expression.
