Set Of 4 Gilt Bronze Wall Sconces – Louis XV Style – 20th Century
A set of four wall sconces forming two pairs, in gilt bronze with foliate decoration in the Louis XV/Rococo style. Each sconce comprises two richly molded arms adorned with acanthus leaves and asymmetrical scrolls. The bronze work is fine, with antique gilding exhibiting a uniform patina and signs of wear consistent with age. Good overall condition. Regular wear to the gilding, consistent with age. Dimensions (per sconce): Height: 40 cm / Width: 30 cm / Depth: 16 cm
