Important and rare double-sided cast iron lectern in the Neo-Gothic style, originating from a church or chapel, used for reading sacred texts. It features a beautiful tripod base with claw feet and a central stem supporting the wide, slightly inclined, openwork lectern, which has a lower lip to hold the book. The lectern rotates 360° and has two movable candle holders on the sides. In very good condition with a patina of age, it is very heavy, stable, and solid. Dimensions: H 190 x W 58 x D 60 cm
