Full dress bicorn hat in black felt, adorned with a tricolor passementerie cockade, covered with a six-strand gold wire braid, secured by a gold button with a checkerboard pattern. The pleated interior is lined in black satin, the background of which is gilt-stamped with the manufacturer's name "Lefrançois Chapellerie De Luxe Le Havre".
Includes its white rooster feather plume and carrying case.
