Christofle Samovar Tea Fountain, Silver-plated Metal Teapot
A beautiful silver-plated tea fountain on a stand, by Christofle. It comprises a kettle with a domed body and an ebony handle resting on a stand decorated with scrolls and flowers, and a burner. It bears the monogram GHP for the Grand Hôtel de la Paix, which was located in Nice on the site of what is now the Hôtel Aston. There are a few dents and the handle needs tightening.
