An important music room commode, opening with four drawers, inlaid with various native woods and richly decorated with urns, scenes, and musical instruments. Made in the Italian style of the second half of the 18th century. The front is adorned with three symmetrical drawers embellished with chased brass knobs and a top drawer in the frieze. In the center, an oval marquetry medallion depicts a bird perched in a landscape, framed by delicate decorative motifs. Classical instruments and motifs (lyre, urn, urns, garlands), typical of the Neoclassical aesthetic, are also visible. The tapered legs enhance the overall elegance, while the warm tone of the wood highlights the finesse of this second-half-18th-century work, in the style of the Hache workshop or the Italian workshop of Maggiolini.
