"Lunéville Earthenware Holy Water Font"
Lunéville Faience Holy Water Font - Early 19th Century. This piece is characteristic of Lunéville design, featuring a wide spout joined along its entire width to the base, and a nipple-shaped spout. The back panel is notched above the cross. The basin has its original decoration. (See photos in the reference book.) The polychromy is in perfect condition. No cracks. One large chip has been restored on the spout (right angle at the spout/back panel joint). There is one small chip in the glaze on the knee. Height 20 cm
