Second Half Of The 19th Century Night Clock

Splendid and elegant clock in burnished and gilded bronze. The structure resembles a Neo-Gothic temple, featuring two towers with pinnacles and central columns adorned with statues of religious figures. The rectangular base is also decorated with Neo-Gothic motifs. The distinctive feature of this clock is its glass dial, on which the hours are painted with Arabic numerals. It can be lit by a candle and a candle holder suspended from the back, making it possible to read the time even at night. The mechanism features a daily spring winding. This is a clock of great taste and refinement, capable of adding a touch of class and elegance to any space. Typical Italian craftsmanship from the second half of the 19th century.
