A powder flask made of stag antler, likely of German origin, 17th century. Engraved with a bear and stag hunt scene against a background of vegetation. Dimensions: 18 cm x 12.5 cm. Condition: The engraving is exceptionally well preserved and shows no wear, easily overlooking the cracks, chips, and missing pieces. A black velvet display stand, designed to tilt the object for better appreciation of the decoration, was originally included. This stand will be given to the buyer. Price is firm.
