Pair of polychrome earthenware dishes decorated with marine animals, dating from the early 20th century. A very attractive pair in excellent original condition with beautiful period colors and no restoration. A highly decorative set with varied, symmetrical designs, featuring a central lobster on one dish and a crab on the other. These early 20th-century dishes are very much in the style of Bernard Palissy's work. A rare pair on the market in this excellent condition. Hanging system on the back.
