A very fine Chinese set comprising an oval coffee table in black lacquered wood, accompanied by six matching stools, forming a rare and complete decorative ensemble. The table is richly decorated with polychrome figurative scenes, depicting figures in an architectural and landscape setting, in the style of traditional Chinese lacquer. The apron is adorned with finely executed gilt motifs, and the cabriole legs are carved, lending elegance and stability to the set. The six stools feature the same black and gold lacquered decoration, perfectly matching the table, offering excellent functionality while maintaining a strong decorative impact.
