Signed Maison Charles Et Fils, Silvered Bronze And Black Marble Coffee Table, Circa 1960
Artist: Maison Charles Et Fils
A coffee table signed by Maison Charles et Fils, crafted from silvered bronze and black marble.
Set on a neoclassical base with a slightly curved stretcher and straight legs, it is topped with a slab of veined black marble.
The silvering is pitted in places and rubbed on one leg, revealing the bronze beneath.
The table bears the Charles et Fils signature and is marked "Made in France" under one of the short sides of the apron.
Circa 1960.
It is very rare to find a signed coffee table, as most are attributed, in the style of the period.
Delivery by carrier in a wooden crate on a pallet (bulky packaging), to ground floor entrance, €200 in France, €500 in the EU, and €1000 for the rest of the world.
