Large and wide 18-karat gold ring with a raised decoration of arabesque-shaped fillets, set in the center with a natural turquoise cabochon and set on the sides with four rubies. The setting is high and the band is worked with a fillet pattern on the sides. Finger size 62. Weight 10.5 grams. Hallmarks inside.
