Superb terracotta plaque
Depicts children harvesting grapes.
This is probably an allegory of one of the four seasons, autumn.
Dimensions: 23 x 19 cm
Signed with a stamp on the back: P Ipsen Kjobenhaven Eneret 390.
It is in very good condition; I can only point out a few tiny chips in the corners.
His pieces were also produced by the Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Manufactory.
