Watercolor Painting Of A Bouquet, 18th Century.
An 18th-century watercolor painting depicting a bouquet of flowers in a basket. A very beautiful piece with numerous blooms, including exquisite tulips rendered in the Dutch style. Note the charming presence of two flying insects: a butterfly and a cockchafer. The colors are beautifully preserved overall, a rare find for a work of this period. It is presented in an antique frame with a handmade mat and a giltwood frame. Dimensions of the frame: 44 x 52 cm. The painting is in excellent overall condition with no restoration. Shipping is available within France and worldwide via secure, insured packaging with order tracking. An invoice and certificate of authenticity are provided. Collection is possible in person at Mas d'Avalrich, Montéscot 66200 (Tel: +33 6 11 14 25 33) or at my stall at the Montpellier Cipolat flea market, held every two months on the market terrace.
