Refreshment Stand Attributed To Joseph Canabas

A curved wine cooler in mahogany veneer attributed to Joseph Gengenbach Canabas. It opens with a drawer in the frieze with a gilt-bronze pull and features a recessed top in which are set two silver-plated metal bottle racks and two long oval compartments. It is supported by four cabriole, molded legs joined by two stretcher shelves with concave sides. The legs terminate in gilt-bronze sabots resting on casters.
