Antique Pearls Gold Earrings

We present an antique lovely pair of earrings full of small natural pearls. They shape a round Top and Down a flat drop having a mix of small pearls and very small pearls. All mounted in 14K Gold. They have a soft charming movement and are well wearable. Well preserved despite the age they are in perfect condition. An old hallmark is on the hooks. End of the 19th century from Sicily. 14K Gold (touchstone tested). Small natural pearls was fished by the Sicilians in the east mediterranean coasts and used also for jewellery since the Middle Age.
