Louis XVI Style Three-light Bouillotte Lamp In Gilt Bronze With Ram's Head Columns, 20th Century
A Louis XVI style three-light bouillotte lamp in finely chased gilt bronze, decorated with ram's heads on each arm, foliate candle holders, and a feathered finial at the top, mounted on a fluted column-shaped stem and a round, openwork base with a cross-shaped design. The lampshade is made of green painted sheet metal. Dating from the early 20th century, this bouillotte lamp is in good condition and of superb quality. The wiring is functional. The lampshade and the section with the light arms (adjustable with arrow-shaped keys) are adjustable in height. Note: some soiling, light scratches, and signs of age, see photos.
