Complete uniform of the 3rd Cuirassier Regiment, circa 1810. - Period steel helmet, tilted backward, with a gutter at the bottom; restored and reinforced turban, covered with a genuine period bearskin, with a period buckle at the back. Crest with the period mask of the 3rd Cuirassier; a Medusa head in relief at the top; a cuirass bearing the number "3" at the bottom; the wings have been remade; period plume holder; remade aigrette holder and 19th-century horsehair plume; remade interior lining. - Cuirass of the 1st model for enlisted men, circa 1804-1807. Polished steel edged with brass studs, pointed breastplate. Restored leather suspenders lined with scarlet cloth covered with a series of scales (period leather locks and tabs), good condition, with restoration. France. Partly from the First Empire period.
