Superb vase with a wide base and circular neck, made of acid-etched, multi-layered glass. It features a rich, continuous cameo decoration of finely acid-etched mauve irises on stems and their long leaves against a pale green satin background with white highlights. The flowers are depicted at various stages of development, more or less open. Signed within the decoration. You will appreciate the abundant, continuous decoration, the elegance and perfect balance of the form, the unusual color, and the superb contrast of the mauve irises against the green background.
