Hand-colored and gummed lithographs, 35 x 54.5 cm (image size), on 52 x 72 cm paper, mounted in period black and gold frames, 57 x 77 cm.
Drawn by James A. Walker, lithographed by Regnier Bettanier and Morlon, printed by Lemercier and Company. Foxing, stains, and a halo, particularly on the first lithograph, which is missing its glass.
"The Rendez-vous," "The Running Hunt," "The Cure," and "The Return" primarily serve as a pretext for showcasing splendid depictions of horses and reveal numerous details upon close observation.
