Rare original color lithograph by Alphonse Mucha, published in June 1897 in the prestigious magazine L'Estampe Moderne, emblematic of the Art Nouveau movement and fin-de-siècle symbolism.

This refined composition represents Salome, a biblical figure interpreted by Mucha with remarkable ornamental elegance, typical of his decorative and linear style.

Condition:
Very fine. The print is unrestored, true to its original form, and displays a beautiful patina from use.
The paper is very fresh, with a very slight, even yellowing, without any alteration to the image or margins (see photographs).
No tears, no losses, no restoration.
The work has been removed from its frame for inspection.
