A beautiful beechwood wedding chest with rich polychrome painted decoration of asymmetrical drapery, flowers, and a pair of birds on the lid. Norman folk art from the 19th century. Dimensions: length 40 cm - depth 23 cm - height 26 cm. There is a crack and a small hole in the lid; the hinges are later. Overall, it is in very good condition, with well-preserved decoration.
