Impressive and superb depiction of the abduction of Europa by Jupiter, after an early 18th-century Viennese model. Hard-paste porcelain biscuit, Napoleon III period. Apocryphal Tournais mark on the base. Very large size! 44 x 39 cm. Minor repairs to Europa's right foot and the bull's tail tuft, but nothing else (flowers in perfect condition).
