Raoul Lejeune (Brussels, 1903 – Forest, 1987), The Ship's Prow, oil on cardboard, signed and dated 1933. 34 x 51 cm (unframed). Painter, draftsman, and watercolorist of flowers, nudes, and landscapes. Son of the painter Frans Lejeune, himself a student of Constant Montald at the Brussels Academy. Participated in the Municipal Painting Competition in 1923 (joint first prize) and 1924.
