"Oak Box Dated 1733"
An 18th-century oak box dated 1733. It features a sliding lid and is assembled using traditional dovetail joints (no screws or nails). The box is entirely made of oak (sides, base, and lid). It is decorated with a rustic carved tulip in a pot with lateral branches. The date (17/33) is inscribed on either side of the pot. A groove has been cut to facilitate the sliding of the lid. It is secured with a forged nail. In perfect condition. Dimensions: 44 cm long, 24.5 cm wide, 19 cm high.
