Lunéville Plate With A Rooster, Late 18th/early 19th Century
Lunéville plate with a rooster motif, late 18th/early 19th century. Grand feu plate with eight lobes from Lunéville (see photos of similar pieces in the reference book, last photos). Decorated with a rooster perched on a fruit branch. The rims of the plate are decorated with branches typical of this manufacturer. In good condition, no cracks. However, there are two repaired chips (see photos). Diameter 22.9 cm
