Louis XVI Period Mahogany Half-moon Console Table
Elegant half-moon console table in mahogany and mahogany veneer. Tapered and fluted uprights joined by a stretcher. The console opens with a drawer in the frieze. Parisian production dating from the late Louis XVI or Directoire period. Circa 1790-1800. A lovely, practical piece of furniture with multiple uses for an entryway, dining room, or living room. Good overall condition; the mahogany has been cleaned and polished by our cabinetmaker. No damage. The marble top is intact. Width: 96 cm Height: 85 cm Depth: 34.5 cm
