Polychrome patriotic decoration of a shield "W for Liberty" crossed by six flags at half-mast
and surmounted by a fasces wearing a cap framed by two axes.
In the reserve, a burning heart.
This decoration is an evolution of the pre-revolutionary decoration known as "with flags".
Late 18th century, revolutionary period.

Very good condition.
The plate rings perfectly.
