At the center stands a refined turned gilded bronze column, a highly elegant and rare element for this category.
Inside, the door reveals a rich paneling of beveled and striped mirrors, with shaped shelves, typical of luxury Italian bars of the Art Deco period. The original stamped brass handles with a leaf motif enhance the sinuous aesthetic of the cabinet.
The shaped solid wood base completes the composition with a fluid and harmonious line.
Italy, 1940–50. Materials: flamed maple, brass and bronze, carved and lacquered wood, beveled glass and mirrors.
