Empire Period Solid Silver Oil And Vinegar Set
An Empire period solid silver oil and vinegar set, decorated with heads on claw feet. Several hallmarks are visible: a rooster hallmark, first standard 1789-1809, and the CBA hallmark for Charles-Antoine Blerzy with a vertical lozenge containing a star, horse's head, or other animal. It measures 30 cm high, 27 cm long, and 16 cm wide, weighing 780 grams. The original glass containers are missing. The mount is beautifully crafted, simple, and elegant. I am displaying it with Bohemian glasses.
