Richard Ginori, Manifattura di Doccia - Porcelain Box (20th Century) Fine porcelain box from the renowned Richard Ginori – Manifattura di Doccia manufactory, Florence. Refined neoclassical decoration composed of a frieze of gilded scrolls, a blue and gold "pearl-ocelli" motif around the rim, and a central sepia monochrome scene depicting a bucolic Italian landscape. The lid is surmounted by a twisted knob painted with gold threads. Harmonious decoration, typical of 18th-century style re-editions produced by the manufactory in the second half of the 20th century. Period mark under the base: Richard Ginori – Manifattura di Doccia – Florence – Italy. Circa 1960. On display at Galerie Courcelles Antiquités, 41 rue des Acacias, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
