Caryatid decorated with a fauness, the bust resting on the paws of a faun. Originally, this sculpture was integrated into a piece of furniture, woodwork, or perhaps a stair riser. The top of the head is flat, and a mounting hole is located on the side (close-up photo). Beautiful walnut patina. Sculpture from the late 17th or early 18th century.
